We
are very pleased to invite you to participate in SYMPHONY “Innovative
technologies for trusting information and communication environments”
European CIP ICT-PSP Thematic Network effort in order to
collaborate/cooperate with all of us for building a European
Technological and Innovative Platform for the implementation of a
Trusted semantic network for Citizen and Business eServices
applications.
The
first year of SYMPHONY is all funded by the CIP ICT-PSP and is focused
on preliminary studies, meetings and forum to share knowledge.
resources and individual efforts in the area of R&D and innovation
projects and works for trusting Public Administration, Business models
and Citizen Privacy.
SYMPHONY
needs you high expertise, long experience and ideas in a common and
coordinate purpose to work, research, implement and test a European
Trusted Information and Communication Environment.
MUFICATA,
CONSEN Euro-Group and InnovaNet are preparing SYMPHONY Thematic Network
proposal (deadline 2007-10-23), budget 500.000EUR 18 months of duration
and 20 European governmental, industrial and academic partners.
This
is an opportunity to reach funds for doing a common and relevant
Open-Source industrial, merged public-private, cross-sectoral platform
and get some project and work in Open-Solutions and real applications
in trusted networks.
The
Budget for partner are 20-30KEUR. He was to attend 4 Workshops and
provide experience and interest in different S&T fields of
Ontologies, Grids, Trust, Privacy, Web 2.0, to cooperate for exploring
solution, establishing pilot-nets, implement applications and testing
the services in a European innovative platform able to achieve the
goals of this ambitious and important EU project.
Abstract:
Build
and set up a EUROPEAN OPEN-SOURCE SOLUTIONS available and feasible to
lead, coordinate and carried out the research, innovation and
implementation of a European trusted Information and Communication
System as simple commodity for all, citizen, industries and public
administrations.
The main aspects that we intend to address could be:
· Software and system infrastructures, accessibility, interoperability and socially intelligence.
· Industrial Open-Source solutions producers, Integrators, Providers, Suppliers and Consultants Grouping
· Helping, Coaching, Training, Learning and Doing (users, producers and policy-makers)
· Organization of Networks, Groups and Topics related to S&T areas and Industrial sectors
· Dissemination process throughout a sustainable and responsible exploitation as Exit strategy
· Citizen and EC public administration requirements at local, regional, national and European level.
· The supportive environment (financial, legal and technical) for the SYMPHONY platform.

With the present email eCentres.net contacts to invite you a participate in the EUROPA-INNOVA co-funded TEIPKIS projects we're preparing.
The partners will submit to the European Commission under next CIP - Competitiveness & Innovation Framework Programme - specific call for proposals: "European Innovation Platform for Knowledge Intensive Services" with
deadline the 7th of September. The aim of this call is to create a
Trans-European Innovation Platform bridging between research, skills,
incubation, entrepreneurship, finance and clusters in view of creating
more EU Innovation champions in the field of services.
The
"TEIPKIS" projects aim to develop Trans-European Innovation Platforms
of knowledge Intensive Services for Technological startups in the RFID
technology for different ICT sectors and applications and one
horizontal supportive cross-sectoral action. The budget are 1.75MEUR
and 800KEUR, 85% approx co-funded by EC. The duration is three years,
2008-2011.
The aim of this call is
to create a European Innovation Platform for knowledge intensive
services by bridging between research, skills, incubation,
entrepreneurship, finance and clusters in view of creating more
European innovation champions in the field of services. The final date
for submission: 07 September 2007,
16h00 (Brussels time). The total budget are 1.7MEUR for sectoral
platforms and 800KEUR for the cross-sectoral action, approx.80% EC
funded. The duration are 3 years.

Each particular
case the partner can lead or become partner or also subcontractor in at
least one of the TEIP-KIS platforms for structuring and reinforcing the
pool of knowledge in the area of innovation services for projects and
start-ups.

Dear Mrs/Sirs,
With the present email I'm contacting directly you for a critical partner research for a project we're preparing.
The EUROPA-INNOVA project, led by the State Information Technology and
Communication (SAITC) of R.Bulgaria, the Chamber of Commerce of
Romania, the iCentres association of Bulgaria and CONSEN Euro-Group
will be submitted to the European Commission under next CIP specific
call for proposals: "European Innovation Platform for Knowledge
Intensive Services" with deadline the 7th of September. The aim of this
call is to create a Trans-European Innovation Platform bridging between
research, skills, incubation, entrepreneurship, finance and clusters in
view of creating more EU Innovation champions in the field of services.
The "TEIPKIS" project is aimed at developing a four different
Trans-European Innovation Platforms of knowledge Intensive Services for
Technological startups in different Sectorals (SEC, PHS, ODSS-GOV, BIO,
ENE, etc) more one horizontal supportive cross-sectoral action. The
projects are without profit aims and have a budget of 1.75MEUR each,
85% co-funded by EC. The duration is three years, 2008-2011.

In order to anticipate the maximum the required documents and
coordinate our works, it is recommendable that you register and profile

CONSEN
(EEIG) Euro-Group is preparing a set of sectoral proposals (deadline
Sep07), budget 1.750.000EUR 36 months of duration and a competences
pool of 30-40 European organizations of innovation, governmental,
industrial and academic partners.
TEIPKIS is an
opportunity to reach funds for doing a common and relevant industrial
cross-sectorial force and get some project and work in Innovation and
knowledge services.
The Budget is around 60.000EUR for each
partner. He was to attend 4/6 Workshops and provide experience and
interest in to cooperate for establishing a European info-space
providing high intensive-services of innovatio knowledge able to
facilitate, support, enhance, enable and boost technological start-ups
and project.
Abstract:
Build an EUROPEAN INNOVATION

Information Systems of the Europe Union Public Administration and other
big international corporations to Open-source (non-proprietary
