gLOCALid is a Network Session of trust and provacy of
Public And Private Information (PAPI) and Localisation, Identification,
Authorisation, Authentication and Characterisation (LIAAC) of users and
resources on Coordinate Open Neural info-Spaces of E-services Networks
(CONSEN) for supporting consensuality in virtual communities and
facilitate the new innovative business models in information and
communication environment

The innovative participative session takes six speeches and six posters (supported by a CoP preparatory work and online weekly feedback) in the main topic of Global (neural-federation) User, - Localisation, Identification, Authentication, Authorisation and Characterisation, for enhancing trust, Confidence, Privacy, Security, Consensuality, Affortability, Openness, Transparency for the creation, Storage, Production, Provision, Distribution of Personal Information and Private data, Intellectual rights, Contents, Applications in multichannel Communication and Information environments such as Peer-to-peer, Internet, Wireless, Mobile, Satellite, and other emerging as tele-surveillance and micro-implants, to generate a pool of RTD challenges, potential ways to explore solutions, a set of commitments and working-groups, a list of industrial and policy recommendations and a consensual roadmap for 2009.
